    Spl-11基因位點,控制水稻斑點葉的產生。這一性狀與病原菌誘導的發病癥狀很相似。

    【突變體表型】

    spl2, spl7, spl11突變體在受真菌誘導物處理時細胞中積累更多的H2O2。當抑制NADPH 氧化酶活性時,spl突變體細胞中活性氧的積累會受到抑制,臭氧輻射spl突變體時也觀察到相同的現象(Kojo et al., 2006)。

    鐵銹斑在分蘗后期出現,一直持續到成熟期。斑點分布到整個葉片上,在中脈集中最多。

    spl11攜帶有對稻瘟病菌和白葉枯病菌的非小種專化的廣譜抗性(Yin et al. 2000)。

    【生物學功能】

    spl2, spl7, spl11 突變體喪失了對NADPH 氧化酶的調節(Kojo et al., 2006)。

    在體外,SPL11能夠對SPIN6泛素化;在體內,SPL11能通過26S蛋白酶體途徑降解SPIN6(Liu et al., 2015)。

    SPL11在細胞核能夠與SPIN1互作,并可能通過泛素化作用,負調控開花負調控因子SPIN1(Vega-Sánchez et al. 2008)。

    Spl11負調控Rbs1,參與水稻花期的調控(Cai et al. 2014)。
