RGA4(AB604622, Cesari et al. 2013)... 與水稻葉瘟病抗性相關，來自品種‘Aichi Asahi’。鑒定研究所用方法：經典遺傳。 Pia 由兩個相鄰的NBS-LRR基因構成（Okuyama et al., 2011）。 利用愛知旭/Kasalath F2 作圖群體，通過重組體篩選、精細定位以及共分離分析，將Pia 精細定位到90kb 的物理區段內，并預測出4 個候選基因，其中，Os11g11790 可能性最大（曾曉珊等, 2011; Zeng et al. 2011）。 通過多種基因組學方法，證實Os11gRGA4 和Os11gRGA5 對Pia 的抗性都是必需的，即LOC_Os11g11790 和?（Okuyama et al. 2011）。 【相關登錄號】
