    Pia 由兩個相鄰的NBS-LRR基因構成(Okuyama et al., 2011)。

    利用愛知旭/Kasalath F2 作圖群體,通過重組體篩選、精細定位以及共分離分析,將Pia 精細定位到90kb 的物理區段內,并預測出4 個候選基因,其中,Os11g11790 可能性最大(曾曉珊等, 2011; Zeng et al. 2011)。

    通過多種基因組學方法,證實Os11gRGA4Os11gRGA5Pia 的抗性都是必需的,即LOC_Os11g11790 和?(Okuyama et al. 2011)。
